Browser

The Customs Portal supports all common browsers (Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera).

Operating system / devices

We have attached great importance to making the Customs Portal displayable on all common devices (desktop PC, smartphone, tablet, etc.). For this purpose, the Customs Portal was designed to have a responsive design that is mobile-ready. This means that you can use the Customs Portal on all your devices.
However, we ask for your understanding if the display on your end device is limited in any way. We would be grateful for detailed information about display limitations. Please use the contact form for this purpose Service Desk Zoll.

Access method

In order to register/sign in to the Customs Portal, you need an electronic access method (e.g.: E-mail and password, ELSTER, the German National Identity Card or electronic residence permit).
