You can change the data in your business customer data via the "Business customer data" page.

In order to change business customer data, you must be the main user of your business customer account. More information about citizen and business customer accounts can be found here. Registration in the portal for citizens and business customers

You cannot change your business customer data?

If you have stored an ELSTER certificate or a new German identity card or electronic residence permit, you cannot change certain attributes. These "identity attributes" are transferred to the Customs Portal by the certificate used and cannot be changed to protect your electronic identity. In some cases, it is possible that you have not used a certificate, but some attributes cannot be changed. This is because your data is already known and used by German Customs.
The symbols on the attributes that cannot be changed give you information about how the respective attribute is protected.
