The operations overview allows you to view operations and to filter and search for them according to their status or the time period in which they were received.

In the inbox, you have the option to view inbox messages, as well as to filter and search for messages according to sender and time of receipt. You can also be informed about new inbox messages by an email to your private email address. All inbox messages are automatically deleted after a period of 90 days. For security reasons, only those inbox messages that correspond to the trust level of your registration will be displayed to you. For example, if you are logged in to the Customs Portal with e-mail and password, you will not be shown any inbox messages that require a higher level of trust (for example, accessible by logging in with ELSTER or ID card). To view all inbox messages, please log in with the access method you also used to submit the applications.

Under the heading "Actions" you can mark individual or several inbox messages as read/unread or move them to the trash.

Under Account you can change your data or portal settings.
